Michael Palos unfortunately passed away on August 5, 2005 during emergency surgery, at young age of 40.....He left behind his wife Rose, his first child who was born premature at 32 weeks (he is now 7 months old) and his two precious pugs...
Michael had adopted his 2 pugs (Bonnie and Clyde) prior to meeting his wife
Rose in 2000. They are brother and sister. Rose contacted PPRA to surrender
her pugs in September 2005 because she had to sell her house, care for a
premature infant, take care of two pugs and deal with the loss of her
husband Michael....Rose was heartbroken about surrendering these two pugs to PPRA however, she felt they weren't receiving the attention they were used
too and deserved and she knew this is not what she or Michael wanted for
these precious puggies...
Rose contacted Ruth, a PPRA member in NJ who helped Rose deal with the most
difficult decision to surrender her loving husbands pugs...... Bonnie and
Clyde were 5 years old and missed Michael very, very much. Rose, Ruth and
PPRA worked together to find Michael's pugs a new safe/loving forever
home.....
Bonnie and Clyde are being loved/spoiled by their new pug parents Larry and
Sharon. They send us updates and new pictures which we share with Rose......
Everyone in PPRA sends prayers/love/pughugs to Michael, his wife Rose, his
son Nicholas, his pugs and their new loving family, Larry and Sharon......
